Along with their farm, they support six other small family farms in the region. All farms are certified organic, and all cows are 100% grass fed and have been tested to carry the A2/A2-casein protein gene.

No seed oils, pesticides, or artificial additives—just pure, uncompromised flavor. Vandy Crisps follow the same principles and are also made with just three simple, high-quality ingredients: naturally grown potatoes without CIPC, grass-fed beef tallow, and sea salt.

We start with either nixtamalized corn tortillas (an ancient Aztec method that makes corn more digestible) for MASA or with naturally grown potatoes for Vandy. The tortillas or potatoes (depending on the product) are then fried in 100% grass-fed tallow, a nutrient-dense fat that imparts a rich flavor. Finally, we season the chips with natural spices sourced from artisanal growers worldwide—without any chemical additives or artificial flavors.
