Chamber Music Churchtown: Concert 1

  • Churchtown Dairy 357 County Road 12 Hudson, New York, 12534 United States (map)

Chamber Music Churchtown: Concert I takes place on Saturday, August 29, 2026, from 6:00–8:00 PM in the Round Barn at Churchtown Dairy in Hudson, New York. The opening concert of Chamber Music Churchtown's 2026 season features Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's String Quintet No. 3 in G Minor, K. 516 and Johannes Brahms' String Sextet No. 1 in B-flat Major, Op. 18. Concert I is part of Chamber Music Churchtown's 2026 season.

Each summer, when the cows move to pasture, the barn is transformed into a luminous chamber music hall—an experience unlike any other. We are proud to be the only music festival in the world set on a working dairy farm, where music, landscape, and community come together in a truly singular way.

This season expands to five concerts, welcoming both returning artists and exciting new musicians for programs of exceptional chamber music.

Program and ticket information are now available: www.chambermusicchurchtown.org

Seating in the Round Barn is intentionally limited to preserve the intimacy of the experience—we encourage you to reserve your seats in advance.
