Expand your cheese consciousness with this tasting of Churchtown Dairy's cheeses with Trevor Warmedahl: cheesemaker, writer, and fermentation educator. Trevor explains his egalatarian approach to tasting and discusses basic cheese science, as we explore how the cheeses on the plate came to be. The relaxed gathering will take place in the farmhouse at Churchtown Dairy, seen in final image in gallery.
