Cheesemaking and Cultured Dairy

All cooking levels are welcome in this cheesmaking class with Susan Chiappini!

Come enjoy an afternoon of home cheesemaking in the cozy farm kitchen at Churchtown Dairy in Hudson, NY. You will participate in making yogurt, creme fraiche, buttermilk and ricotta using fresh raw milk. There will be samples for sharing and discussion of the health benefits and science behind the cheesemaking process in this hands-on workshop. Lots of samples will be available for tasting and sharing.
